■ 上映・イベントについて
・ 2025年10月25日（土）・26日（日）には、アートギャラリー裏の間（re/noma)（〒371-0022 群馬県前橋市千代田町4丁目1−2）で上映会とトーク・イベントを開催します。そのなかで、参加作家の皆さんには、上映を踏まえて、可能な限りアーティスト・トークに参加していただきたいと考えています。このアーティスト・トークはオンラインでの参加も可能です。作品応募の際にはイベントの参加可否も併せて、お答えください。
■ 応募・提出方法
以下のGoogle formに記入してください。
■ 応募時の記入・提出の項目
① 氏名（日・英表記）
② アーティスト名 （日・英表記）※ 作家名と氏名が異なる場合のみ。上映作家名として公開されます。
③ 作品タイトル（日・英表記）
④ 作品の概要と説明（日本語500字以内） ※上映プログラムにはこの「作品説明」のテキストを、そのままプログラムとして公開します。
⑤ 作品データ（外部サービスの埋め込みURL）
注１ 静止画、動画または音声作品の場合は、外部サービスの埋め込み用URL を作成して提出してください。作品は、URLからプロジェクター（または大型液晶モニター）を用いて再生します。そのためのデータにアクセスできるURLを作成し、提出してください。Vimeo、Youtube、Google Driveを推奨しますが、それ以外の方法をご希望の方はご相談ください。
注2 静止画、動画または音声データではなく、リアルタイム性を重視した形態の場合（パフォーマンス等）は、事務局にご相談ください。
⑥ 作品の静止画像 （アイキャッチ用） ※任意。ウェブサイト上でアイキャッチとして利用する目的です。

*There will be no online film screenings this year.
Details of the Call for Entries:
・ The festival is looking for films that will be screened at the Maebashi Film Festival 2025. Any format is acceptable, but we ask that you prepare an embedded URL using an external service such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc. for screening. Please see below for application instructions.
・ There is no entry fee.
・ The work can be published or unpublished.
・ The competition will not be distributed online, as was the case until last year.
・ The applicant must clarify copyright and portrait rights, etc. before submitting the entry.

About screenings and events:
On 25(Sat) and 26 (Sun) October 2024, a screening and talk event will be held at re/noma (4-1-2 Chiyoda-cho, Maebashi, Gunma 371-0022). We would like to invite all participating artists to participate in the artist talk as much as possible, based on the screening. These artist talks can also be attended online. Please make a note of whether or not you are able to attend the event when submitting your work.
Fields to be filled in during the application process:
① Name
② Artist’s name *Only if the name of the work and the name of the artist differ. The artist’s name will be listed as the name of the screening artist.
③ Title of work
④ Summary and description of the work (300 words or less)
⑤ Work data (URL for existing on-demand services)
Note 1: For still image, video and audio works, please create and submit a URL for embedding in an external service. The work will be played back on a projector (or large LCD monitor) from the embedding URL; Vimeo, Youtube or Google Drive link is recommended, but please contact us if you prefer other service.
Note 2: If the work is not in the form of still images, video or audio data, but in a form that emphasises real-time performance (e.g. Real-time performance）, please contact us and mention this in the request note at the bottom.
